Tracy
Parker Associate
Tracy is a consultant specializing in the planning, implementation and evaluation of various elements of
corporate social responsibility programs including community investment and stakeholder relations.
As the Values Programs Communicator at The Body Shop Canada, Tracy applied her energetic style to designing
and delivering employee communications and stakeholder engagement programs. Tracy also has several years
experience in the non-profit sector focused on program management, strategic planning and corporate governance. She has presented workshops and seminars
on international business ethics and ethical decision making to various groups including classes at
University of Toronto and Ryerson.
Tracy holds a Master Business Administration degree with specializations in Business and Sustainability
and Strategy from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She has also completed a Bachelor of
Public Administration at Carleton University including several work terms with the federal public service
including Ministry of Natural Resources, Public Service Commission (Executive Services) and Revenue
Canada (Customs and Excise).
