Dra. Lilia Granillo-Vasquez - Ph.D Associate
Lilia Granillo-Vasquez is a Professor and National Researcher at the Humanities
department the Metropolitan Autonomous University (UAM) in Mexico City. She is
also a a Post-Graduate Professor of Social Responsibility at the Universidad
Iberoamericana Leon, Guanajuato.
She was appointed as an expert on social responsibility by the Mexican Ministry
of Economy and the National Standards Association for the development of ISO
26000 and was instrumental in the integration of gender as a consideration
throughout the standard. Her current research focuses on socio-cultural values
in Mexico and Latin America.
Lilia has worked with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and
International Trade in Mexico as well as with the Organizational of American
States (OAS) and has put together many seminars and learning roundtables on the
subject of organizations and social responsibility.
